We offer exchanges within The Bahamas, so long as the item shows no signs of wear. Simply email us at cleolavdesigns@gmail.com to request an exchange and you will receive further instructions.
We also offer exchanges to our international customers, but it is very expensive.
Please be sure to read the description carefully before you place your order. Also, be aware that these items are made by hand. The straw will have slight variations in pattern and color.
